Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email communication First (and often) last point of contact for customers within the store.
Greeting customers and assisting them with payments, picking up of merchandise, and handling and processing of returns.
Must be comfortable and skilled at use of computer systems as well as Microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint.
Ability to multi-task and handle several customer inquiries at a time.
Polite and courteous phone response skills needed to answer customer questions and be able to transfer calls to appropriate parties.
Other duties to be performed as necessary.
