Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities on a daily basis.
Strong communication skills are necessary as well as basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Responsibilities Conduct every day office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to e-mails, preparing documents, filing and scanning Process all bills and input information and payments into software Prepare and process checks, bank deposits, credit card processing, etc.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible Skills Basic knowledge Microsoft Excel, and Word Documents, Outlook.
Ability to collect and enter data accurately and efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note:
