Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Sports Coach to join our team.
As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for providing instruction young athletes in various sports.
Your role will involve teaching skills, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for athletes to learn and have fun.
The position will predominately take place in the Carle Place and Garden City area.
Duties:
- Plan and deliver training sessions for athletes in specific sports - Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies to athletes - Promote sportsmanship, teamwork among athletes -Show patient, energy, and enthusiasm when teaching classes - Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to teach young children Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in coaching young children - Excellent communication skills - Experience working with young children (our young athletes range from 2-6 yrs of age) - Perfect opportunity for Physical Education majors/graduates or Early Childhood education - Previous experience working with children If you are a dedicated Sports Coach who is passionate about helping athletes we would love to hear from you.
